Eyelash Etiquette 101 and General Appointment Tips
The day is finally here, you’re getting your lash extensions! Here’s to saying “I woke up like this” every morning and saving time getting ready! As you head into your lash appointment, keep in mind some of the tips listed below to ensure a comfortable and relaxing experience for yourself and your lash artist.
Make yourself aware of the length of your appointment to plan your day and inform those who are depending on you. If you are coming to cclashes.co for your lashes, your appointment time will vary between 1-1.5 hours.
Arrive on time, not early, not late. Keep in mind that your lash artist most likely has clients before and after your appointment. Arriving right on time allows them to take a break prior to/prepare for your appointment.
Leave the kiddos at home! This is your time to relax and get pampered.
Arrive with clean lashes and a makeup-free face. If you wore false lashes the day before, make sure all the adhesive is removed before your appointment.
Avoid caffeine/drinking a large amount of liquids before your appointment. Your eyes will be closed from start to finish and you will not be able to open your eyes for a bathroom break.
Put your phone on silent. Your lash artist does not want to check who’s calling or texting you, this takes away from your lashing time.
Please remove your shoes before getting on the lash bed.
Relax and use your lash nap time to wind down and recharge.
Book refills well in advance for optimum maintenance and avoid disappointment, spots fill up quick!
