What we are doing to combat the spread of COVID-19

Starting March 17, San Mateo County has mandated a “shelter in place” policy to combat the spread of coronavirus. Because of this mandate, we are rescheduling all lash appointments between March 17-April 7. If the mandate is extended, please expect your appointment to be rescheduled again. We are contacting each of our clients that have a scheduled appointment this month and next with all available options. Thank you to all clients who have already rescheduled their appointment to a later date. We appreciate your flexibility and taking precautions to stay healthy!

Rest assured that we have been and will always do everything we can to keep our studio clean, sanitized, and safe for each of our clients:

  • Our workstation, lash bed, and tweezers are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.

  • Lash technicians wear a face mask during the entire lashing procedure and wash/sanitize their hands frequently. Due to the shortage of face masks, we cannot provide one for our clients but you are welcome to bring your own.

  • Due to sanitary reasons, we are eliminating blanket service to prevent sharing and the potential spreading of the virus. Please dress warm to your appointment and you are also welcome to bring your own blanket.

Now we are depending on you as a client to be responsible and reschedule or cancel your appointment if you are experiencing ANY sickness or symptoms, or have been around individuals who are/were sick. Please be mindful of your lash technician, other clients, and all of our loved ones and stay home if you are feeling the slightest bit ill. Deposits will be refunded during this time if you need to cancel, even if it is last minute. Otherwise, they may be transferred to a future appointment.

Thank you again for your cooperation and please stay safe!

See you soon! xo
